Welcome to So Frekin' Pressed Nails! By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Products
We sell handmade/custom press-on nails. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in design, color, or sizing may occur. We strive for accuracy, but every set is unique.
2. Orders
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your sizing and design choices before checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing. IF you notice a size may be wrong before receiving your order PLEASE get a hold of us ASAP so we can try to work something out!
3. Payments
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping
We aim to ship orders within 5-10 business days of receiving payment. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your package has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage during transit. If an order is needed to be a "rush order" please select that option and let us know ahead of time, this will come with a fee.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if there is an issue such as receiving the wrong or damaged product. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
6. Custom Orders
Custom orders are welcome! Please ensure all details are accurate before confirming your request. We do not accept changes once production has started. Our email is open as well as our store chat. We encourage you to chat with us before placing your order.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and content on our website or social media are the property of So Frekin' Pressed Nails. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without permission.

9. Warning on Proper Use and Application.

•Usage Instructions: Always read and follow the provided application and removal instructions. Press-on nails should be worn for the recommended duration only (of 7 to 10 days at a time). Failure to follow proper application, wear, or removal instructions may result in damage to the natural nail, skin irritation, or infection.
•No Application on Damaged Nails: Do not apply press-on nails or adhesives to damaged, broken, infected, or unhealthy natural nails or skin.
•In no event shall So Frekin’ Pressed Nails, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the product; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the product; (iii) any personal injury, allergic reaction, or skin/nail damage resulting from the use or misuse of the product.

ALLERGY & SENSITIVITY DISCLAIMER
**Allergic Reactions: So Frekin’ Pressed Nails is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. We recommend conducting a patch test (applying a small amount of glue/adhesive to a tiny area of skin) before full application. If irritation, redness, swelling, or an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
